Abstract

Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Bekasi City in April 2025 reached 42.30 percent, up 5.39 points compared to the TPK in March 2025 which reached 36.91 percent. When compared to the TPK in April 2024, it decreased by 5.03 points
The average length of stay of combined guests in April 2025 was recorded at 1.43 nights, the average length of stay for foreign guests was 2.42 nights and for Indonesian guests was 1.42 nights
In West Java Province, the Highest Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate in April 2025 was recorded in Sukabumi City reaching 57.04 percent, followed by Bandung City, Tasikmalaya City, Cirebon Regency, and Cirebon City
