Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bekasi Municipality in February 2025 reached 49.75 percent. The TPK of Star Hotels in Bekasi Municipality in February 2025 increased by 2.77 points compared to the TPK on January 2025 (m-to-m). However, when compared to the TPK on January 2024 (y-o-y), the TPK decreased by 5.67 points.
The TPK of Non-Star Hotels in Bekasi Municipality was 33.98 percent. The TPK of Combined Hotels in February 2025 in Bekasi Municipality was 46.72 percent.
The percentage of foreign guests who stayed in Bekasi Municipality on February 2025 reached 2.43 percent.
The percentage of domestic guests who stayed in star hotels reached 97.57 percent.
The average length of stay of guests in Bekasi Municipality on February 2025 was recorded at 1.54 days.
