Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bekasi City in August 2024 reached 59.79 percent. The TPK of Star Hotels in Bekasi City in August 2024 decreased by 1.13 points compared to the TPK in July 2024 (m-to-m). However, when compared to the TPK in August 2023 (y-o-y), the TPK increased by 9.79 points.

The percentage of foreign guests who stayed at star hotels in Bekasi City in August 2024 reached 2.79 percent. The percentage of domestic guests who stayed at star hotels reached 97.21 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star hotels in Bekasi City in August 2024 was recorded at 2.00 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests was 2.52 days or longer compared to domestic guests who stayed 1.98 days.
