Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bekasi City in April 2024 reached 49.53 percent. Bekasi City Star Hotel TPK in April 2024 fell 2.91 points compared to March 2024 TPK (m-to-m). However, when compared with the April 2023 TPK (y-o-y), the TPK has increased by 1.11 points.
The percentage of foreign guests coming to stay at star hotels in Bekasi City in April 2024 will reach 2.04 percent. The percentage of domestic guests who come to stay at star hotels reaches 97.96 percent.
The average length of stay for guests at Bekasi City star hotels in April 2024 was recorded at 1.68 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests is 3.02 days or longer compared to domestic guests who stay 1.66 days.
