Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Bekasi City in April 2021 reached 50.26 percent, a decrease of 5.16 points compared to the TPK in March 2022 which was recorded at 55.42 percent.

The Average Length of Stay (RLM) of hotel guests in April 2022 was recorded at 2.05 nights, a decrease of 0.18 points when compared to the situation in April 2022 which was recorded at 2.23 nights.

The average bed occupancy rate in April 2022 was 50.25 percent, a decrease of 5.17 points compared to March 2022 which was recorded at 55.42 percent.

The average guest per room (guest per room) in April 2022 increased compared to March 2022. In April it was recorded at 1.91 guests/room, while in March 2022 it was recorded at 1.31 guests/room.
